The management of Zavati Group Nigeria Ltd in a move to record significant growth in all spheres of its businesses as well as ensure proper work performance for its staff held a capacity building training on Thursday, August 30th and Friday, August 31st in Abuja.
The training which was tagged Z.A.P.P (Zavatians Attaining Peak Performance) was facilitated by Value Bridge Consulting focusing on areas that border on Effective Customer Service and Communication, Analytical thinking and problem solving, Personal effectiveness and self-management and other career building sessions. The training also included ways to achieve optimum performance that tallies with the aims and objectives of the company.
“The training has thought us a lot and now we can go back to the drawing board and dot our i’s and cross our t’s. Thanks to facilitators who made it fun and engaging all through”, Head of Human Resources and Administration, Abubakar Auta said.
‘The training is a very impactful one, we learned a lot of practical experiences, its really educating’ said Mohammed Aliyu, who is the manager of Zavati Shawarma.
According to the Lead Trader of Zavati Energy, Julliette Dare Balogun, the training has been very inspiring and educative.
The two-day event was attended by the CEO/President of Zavati Group, Abdulrahman Aliyu and other top executives as well as members of staff of the company.
